Club Cardio is a nonstop, 60-minute, follow-along dance party.

Set to high-energy music that makes it feel like a night out, the choreography is repetitive and intuitive — you’ll pick it up as you go. No counts. No breakdowns. No pressure to get it “right.”

This is not a technique class and not a performance space. It’s a judgment-free, non-competitive place to move, sweat, and embrace your main character energy — however that looks in your body. You’re encouraged to make the movement your own, take breaks when you need them, and fully feel yourself.

Come as you are, and expect to leave sweaty, energized, and more confident than when you walked in. Every body, every identity, every level of experience is welcome.

Meet Maddie

Maddie is a Bay Area-born dancer who grew up training and performing with various dance companies across Northern California and San Diego. After taking a break from competitive dance spaces for nearly a decade, Maddie began dancing and teaching at a studio in Oakland where she led classes focused on confidence, energy, and getting in touch with your sexy, sassy alter ego ;-) Now based in Los Angeles, she’s excited to bring this philosophy to a new community and create a hot, sweaty, and fun class where folks can let loose and embrace imperfection.

FAQs

Who is this class for?

1

Club Cardio is for everyone. It exists to create a safe, non-competitive dance space free from judgment and the pressure of perfection. This class is for folks who want move their bodies and reconnect with their confidence — and get a little slutty ;-) It was built on the belief that dance should be accessible, joyful, and unapologetic — not intimidating or exclusive.

Club Cardio welcomes all bodies, all identities, and all levels of experience. This is an inclusive, community-focused space where self-expression is encouraged, individuality is celebrated, and feeling yourself is the point.

Do I need to have dance experience?

2

Absolutely not! The goal of this class is not to master the choreography, but to have a good time and leave feeling hot, sweaty, and confident. Do what I’m doing, or do your own thing. There’s no wrong way to dance in this class.

What should I wear / bring?

3

Wear comfortable clothes you feel good in, whether that’s baggy track pants or booty shorts; whatever makes you feel like your hottest self. I dance shoeless in grip socks, but you’re welcome to wear shoes if you prefer. Bring a water bottle, a towel, or anything else you might want to keep you comfortable in a hot, sweaty environment.
